When you purchase any product from us at HouseDepot.com.au we value you and consider you a valued customer. We aim to make your shopping experience with us a friendly, straightforward one and a positive online shopping experience. The item that is listed here is "Brand New", has never been used and is in perfect working condition. If in the unlikely event something goes wrong with your product we ask that you contact us and we will do what we can to help solve the issue.

Please read the following Warranty Terms and Conditions that outline our customer warranty rights.

1. All products sold by House Depot come with a 12 Months Parts Only Warranty, where we will supply or replace any faulty or damaged parts of the purchased product.

2. The products in this website have information about the Warranty offered for that particular product / item this information can be found in the product information section on the Warranty tab.

3. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund for a major failure of a product purchased from this website. Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are provided certain guarantees to when they purchase goods from Australian businesses, these guarantees cannot be excluded, modified or restricted. The warranties given under this agreement are offered in addition to and seperate from the consumer guarantees and are given voluntarily by the warrantor. 

4. For any warranty or returns the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs for returns.

5. We reserve the right to determine and decide on which repair centre is the most appropriate service location in each warranty case.

6. If something is wrong or you are having problems with this item 14 days from the delivery date (D.A.O), we will at our discretion, repair or replace the item.

As a buyer or customer of this website you understand that at Housedepot.com.au is the seller of the products found on this website, we do not perform installations and therefore we will not be help liable for the installation of any of these products. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they are covered by any installation of the products purchased from a third party professional installer.

9. The warranty period offered on our products commences on the precice date that the item or product was delivered to you or your agent at your nominated delivery address. If there is no proof of delivery available, the applicable warranty period will commence 4 days from the date that the goods were despatched to you.

10. All warranty claims or queries must be notified to us via the Customer Service section of the website you made the order with. Please fill in all the relevant information and submit it to us for the form.

The warranty does not cover loss of business or income, nor does it cover any perishable or consumable products lost or damaged whether direct, indirect or consequental due to the fault of any item sold by housedepot.com.au. Further,housedepot.com.au shall not under any circumstances be liable for any loss or damage consequential upon breach of any warranty express implied and the purchaser's remedies are specifically limited to those appearing under the Guarantee of Performance herein after contained. If an item is out of warranty then the customer is liable to pay all further charges incurred after the date of expiration.

13. Warranty is void if product has been abused, accidentally or intentionally damaged or modified; operated or maintained contrary to the instructions in the operating manual, or used with unsuitable products. Cables, shipping and labour charges are not included in the warranty, unless of DOA of the product. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund items returned under warranty at our option.
