- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.
- Shipping & Handling fees start from as little as $10.95 within Australia
- Shipping and Handling for other counties other than Australia and New Zealand will attract additional fees.
- If you are overseas please feel free to email us for a quote.
- International Prices start from $ 45.95
- Shipping and Handling charges are not subject to any special offers or discounts.
- Shipping Prices include GST
- All orders are subject to verification.
- For items that are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note, that for these back orders the total shipping and handling charge will not be increase from the initial order or quote.
- All backorders are ship out via our Standard Delivery option
- All items are carefully checked prior to despatch and hand packed by us.
- Once cleared payment is received your purchase will be despatched directly to you within 1 to 2 working days. (Most orders are despatched the same day payment is received)
- Depending on your location and shipping method please allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery within Australia. (International shipping time vary from 5 days to several weeks)

- If your order has not been received within 10 working days please feel free to contact us for assistance in tracking it down. Meanwhile the next best option is to check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced.
